WayDev is a tool for developers used to gain visibility into engineering work and related processes. It helps engineering teams optimize work and its outcomes. Our goal was to improve the way this system worked, primarily by eliminating errors and other glitches.
Solution
We analyzed the whole system, pinpointed areas for improvement, and showcased them in an in-depth audit report. After the client’s approval, we implemented all the recommendations listed in the report and thus, significantly enhanced the way WayDev worked. It’s an ongoing project; our team is responsible for implementing new functions available in this tool.
